Financial reports are produced annually for internal audit, the AGM and AGAR. Financial reports are internally audited before the AGM so the PC only signs-off audited accounts. AGAR externally audits and provides a certificate which is published. All councillors present a verbal report at public meetings and copies of that report (referred to in the minutes of the meeting) are filed for public access under Reports. Minutes are short and concise and Claverdon does not write them using a detailed narrative style.
